  1. Exercise: this is an obvious one but doing this everyday helps you give a routine/sense of purpose. This also greatly helps body image and and bring you into a whole new world, while making your body healthier and fitter
  2. Staying off social media: Being on social media tends to make one feel FOMO or tend to compare oneself.
  3. Creating a routine: Routine makes humans happy, humans like comfort and routine (most people) creating a daily routine that we can stick to helps many people.
  4. Waking up early: Waking up early will give you time in the morning to have a peaceful time to yourself, without worrying about family/responsibilities. Giving yourself time is very helpful.
  5. Eating healthy Eat foods that love you back, eating foods that help fuel your fitness goals and make you physically feel better, is so much better than unhealthy food that doesn’t love you back
  6. Working on self-reflection: Researching why we do certain things / react in certain ways. Learning how to regulate yourself while having bad days and telling yourself affirmations brings us back to a positive/confident mindset
  7. Realising life is a journey/experience we have trouble finding the purpose in life for a while, when we realise it’s an experience it will change your lives. Cherishing all the experiences you have in life (school, working out, your age, etc)
